Face-Lift for Alexandra Palace in More Ways Than One
Plans to invigorate the venue are in full swing with the implementation of an exciting strategic works programme.
The new senior management team have been working on the following progressive works: an initial small scale refurbishment of key customer flow areas to include redecoration and replacement of fixtures and fittings, the introduction of new business systems and the formulation of a forward-thinking corporate strategy involving a major recruitment drive commencing with the creation of a new ‘departmental heads’ structure. These developments will all contribute to a seamless service delivery ensuring all existing, new and prospective client’s evolving expectations are met.
The uniqueness of the building with its Victorian architectural beauty, spacious and distinctive hall space and unrivalled setting has always been a serious contender within the exhibition, event and corporate hospitality market, all business segments are being targeted and expanded, prominently re-positioning the venue within the Events Industry.
