Sound Bath, Sharing and Kinship
This nourishing evening will give you an opportunity to pause, to take a deep breath and tune into what you need to find your calm!
Starting with some gentle Breathwork to relax your mind. Followed by some connection exercises with others in the group. These exercises allow us to be heard, seen and supported. A space where we can speak honestly, openly, authentically and without fear of judgement.
Kate will then lead a restorative Sound Bath, supporting you to feel calmer, grounded and rested.
The soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, singing pyramid and chimes will take you on a journey through the chakras. The sounds resonate at many different healing frequencies helping to bring about balance and harmony and remove any stagnant energy, or anything that is causing us dis-harmony.
No experience is necessary.
What you’ll need:
• A yoga mat.
• Warm comfortable clothing (and wear warm socks as your body temperature may drop).
• Please bring a blanket and / cushions to make yourself nice and cosy for the sound bath. You are also welcome to bring an eye pillow.
• Water to stay hydrated.
