This year, OffWestEnd will host their awards ceremony, where the winners of the Offies awards for plays, musicals, theatre for young people, opera, cabaret and IDEA (Immersive / Devised / Experimental / Atypical) are announced, at Alexandra Palace Theatre.

In addition, winners of the OffFest (for shows at festivals) and OnComm (for online productions) are announced, the nominees for the OffComm in the previous year are acknowledged, and a number of special awards are announced.

Tickets are now available for this major event on the independent theatre calendar – the last live event in 2020, held in the Grand Hall at Battersea Arts Centre, attracted an audience from both interested theatre-goers and the independent theatre sector. This year there will be over 100 finalists from shows that were on across London and beyond in 2022 as well as representatives of London venues and theatre companies. There will also be a number of special guests to present the awards, including some well known names and winners of the Offies awards in 2022.
