Free Event Tickets

Apply for tickets for our world class events (even the sold out ones!), from gigs to theatre, festivals to sport. We also offer Ice Skating, Pitch and Putt and Go Ape tickets.

Health & Wellbeing

Benefits include free healthy snacks, subsidised fitness classes and access to Health Hero, a free confidential counselling and advisory service.

Assurance & Protection

We offer life assurance (three times your gross salary), sick pay up to six months full pay and six months half pay sick pay and income protection with 50% of gross salary paid after 26 weeks absence. Plus enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

Flexible Working

We offer flexible working arrangements and ad hoc remote working.

Staff Socials

As a member of Team Ally Pally you will be one of the custodians of the iconic, world-famous ‘People’s Palace’, ensuring the legacy of our 150 exhilarating years is continued, now and forever.
