A safe and secure experience
At Alexandra Palace we know that visitors need to feel safe and secure at our events in order to have the best experience possible, so we are continually reviewing our audience safety and security measures in conjunction with the Metropolitan Police and other National Security Agencies. There are multiple security measures implemented around our site with some being more visible than others. Please be aware detection dogs may be seen around the venue prior to and during events.
During the entry process to events at Alexandra Palace, screening of individuals and bags may be carried out using the Evolv Express system. This innovative and industry-leading technology enables us to screen customers and their belongings. Please keep walking on approach to the Evolv Express system and only stop if requested to by security for further checks.
We ask you take extra care of your personal belongings during concerts here at the Palace, as large and lively crowds can cause phones to be knocked, dropped and broken or lost.
We Are All in This Together.
Everybody has a role to play in making our events a safe and secure experience. So if you see something that does not seem right to you, please tell a member of our security team.
“Together, we’ve got it covered”
Alexandra Palace are proud to be working in partnership with the Metropolitan Police’s Project Servator.
We also support the #BeSafeBeSound campaign, working with emergency services and counter terrorism police to ensure people can enjoy live events safely. If you have any concerns during your visit, our security team are here to help you.
