You’ll hear from leading luminaries in the fields of lighting, sound and venue crew, who’ll talk about their experiences breaking into the sector, the challenges they’ve faced and what venues and individuals can do to foster a more inclusive workforce.

This webinar exists to support young people aged 16-24 who might be interested in a career in the creative sector. The webinar will end with an open Q&A giving the chance to join in the discussion and ask any burning questions you have.
