Taking inspiration from the BBC’s much loved children’s TV programmes, participants will be shown how to make and manipulate their own shadow puppets, devise stories and create their own shadow puppet performance. Movement and physical warmups will help participants to channel their creativity and fire their imaginations in storytelling. Participants will be inspired to bring their stories to life by producing their own shadow puppet characters and scenery using our purpose-built shadow puppet screen. Parents and carers will be invited to watch their performance on the final afternoon.
